The hotel is ideally located near high-end shopping, museums, and fantastic dining options. The rooms, though spacious, had a lingering old cigarette smell that even opening the windows couldn't eliminate. Limited seating and cleanliness were drawbacks, but the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The Windsor Arms Hotel is a stunning place with incredibly comfortable beds and a huge marble bathroom featuring a wonderful shower and a big tub. It's perfect for families with the two queen beds we booked. The location is fantastic, nestled in the university area and just steps away from the vibrant Yorkville neighborhood. However, the breakfast experience fell short in quality, but the service was excellent and very accommodating.
